Research Paper- what has been learned so far....

What I have learned so far on my research topic:
1) Starting off it was hard to find articles on my topic. I realized using short specific words when researching helped a lot.
2) I’ve decided that my real question about plastic surgery is; how plastic surgery has innovated since the beginning?
3) I found a lot of books that helped a lot as well in the library for this topic. History on plastic surgery gives a ton of information.
4) The focus on my paper is mainly on history but also beyond history why plastic surgery has turned into a must have now days from it being originally a helping factor for disfigured people.
